Getting close to the six month After my install Their contractors/staff were friendly and kind and easy to work with. They did an amazing job on a task that was not easy living in an older home. Found a siding installer that checked all the boxes for us! We really needed an update of our home siding. We are the second owners of the house that was built in 1994, which we purchased in 2002. The old siding was not vinyl, but a now discontinued product of a manufactured composite, which I categorize as sort of like Masonite, but exposed to the elements. Our search for a siding installer took a surprise leap forward with a home, two doors down from us, with a yard sign showing up with DemMarc Exteriors displayed. We watched for about a week, and the project was moving right along. We asked our neighbors how they viewed the quality, selections, and the care and efficiency of the installment crew. They offered high praise for all these factors. We arranged a visit by Don, the supervisor, for a walk around, estimate, and assistance with the choices for color, different product variables, how to deal with the nuances of the house’s construction, etc. The price was really in the ball park that we had been quoted two years prior, and the time line was excellent. An estimate was drawn up on the spot, with a very small deposit, compared to the $8K from two years prior. The materials and a dumpster were delivered soon thereafter, with the crew assuring that access to the garage would not be impeded by the large receptacle for the removed old siding and various other debris. The work was performed by the same two men, who were exceedingly pleasant, courteous, friendly, and superb craftsmen. Various things that possibly could have been an issue were dealt with smoothly and professionally. All of these were dealt with smoothly and flawlessly: Installation of new replacement external light fixtures, the existing video doorbell and attached security cameras, repair of a couple areas of plywood rot under windowsills, and dealing with the attachments of the heating vent duct, bathroom/kitchen exhaust vents, the gas and power meters attached to the home, etc. The entire area was left clean, undamaged, no debris or scraps around, and the various ladders and tools were claimed the following day. The workers were exceedingly pleasant, tolerated the intermittent barking of our 15 lb dog who just felt he needed to protect us from invaders, and took no breaks that I could tell, other than staying hydrated with a large water jug. There were no smoking interludes, no prolonged lunch breaks, and arrived promptly every day at 7:30 (and this was with a bit of a commute from Salem, NH to Concord, NH). Upon completion of the day’s work, the site was left tidy, with no tools left scattered about, etc.

DenMarc is fantastic! Don came out to give us a quote and was very informative about the products and process, answering all of our questions. Marc scheduled the workers-- absolutely no complaints (except I should have moved some of my flowering plants away from the house first.) Then a final section was completed by Al who did a perfect job on a very hot day. We highly recommend DenMarc for excellent product and service!

The craftsmanship of the Denmarc Exteriors crew is outstanding! Their attention to details is extraordinary. Always on time, and great timely communication with crew and management. The site was left extremely clean each day and everyone was very easy to work with. I would recommend these professionals to anyone looking to upgrade their home with new siding.
